For those who want to improve their skill of helping clients (and themselves) get out of their own way I've put together multiple courses, books and videos to teach the various coaching processes I use in my own health and wellness practice. Most of what I use are techniques and processes I learned after becoming a certified life coach (Coach Training Alliance) in 2005.
Most of what I use on a daily basis is what I called Conversational Coaching, which is done while I am working with clients who come in for other health and body goals like pain reduction (I mostly use Muscle Activation Techniques here) and weight loss. The process I use for this is the mostly what I teach in the webinar course (see below). This material also makes for easy take-home exercises (handouts) that can be done between sessions for clients to discover some very powerful things for themselves!
For one-on-one coaching I will more often use the process taught through the Total Mind Fit website (both the basic and advanced material--also below) and the Subconscious Coaching Meditation (currently in beta testing).

The Basic Coaching Course is designed to help health and wellness professionals do what I call "conversational coaching," which is coaching done in a consultation-like setting. It covers the 5 basic aspects of the Total Mind Fit coaching system. The course starts with helping a client feel better about where they are (there is a technique taught that can be used at home to help make emotional shifts), then moves on to help them create more meaning goals (most people know more clearly what they don't want or want to get rid of) and attaches emotion to the goals so there is greater depth to the goal (which helps it to become more powerful in the brain). The last two aspects of the system cover one's belief about accomplishing their goal (this course offers a simple strategy to find a way to help the client feel more confident about achieving their goal) and creating an action plan that your client will be inspired to follow (for if they aren't inspired by the actions they think they should or need to do then they will fail to follow through with those actions or won't reap the full benefit from those actions).
The Advanced Coaching Course takes the principles from the basic coaching course and expands on them with deeper processes and more involved coaching techniques to help a client make bigger shifts when needed! This course is aimed at helping health and wellness professionals learn a system of coaching can either serve as a stand-alone life/weight loss coaching system or an adjunct to coaching skills and processes one might possess already. The course begins with learning how to help a client understand and break down their story so they can move on from it being the driving force behind the direction they are pointing their body and health. Like the Basic Course, the next steps are to truly understand what someone wants (their goal) and why they want it but in the Advanced Course you are taught how to create a neural reprogramming visualization process that helps to wire this information deeper into the subconscious, which is from where most of your clients' choices are driven. The fourth step of the system works on limiting beliefs and goes beyond the Basic Course in helping to identify and rectify limiting beliefs surrounding one's ability to accomplish their goals. And lastly, the course finishes teaching you how to help your client create an inspired action plan with an advanced process (called the Client Profile Process) that can be used as a standard questionnaire with every client. There will be a certification offered in the near future based on this course!
The Basic Coaching Course and the Advanced Coaching Course are both included as part of the Total Mind Fit yearly membership. They can also be purchased separately through the site for a one time fee that gives you access forever.
Total Mind Fitness is my second book, which takes the concepts from the first book (The Thought Diet) and expands on all concepts with new scientific data to help understand how our thinking and body are related as well as new techniques and processes to help create longer lasting shifts. This book takes the reader from the concept of how we interpret and create reality to teaching the reader how to identify, breakdown and recreate the story that is at the source of their current bodily experience. Equipped with the same ideas, advanced tools and coaching techniques as the interactive website, this book can either serve as an adjunct to the site or as its own source for transformation.
The Thought Diet is my first book and will help you understand the real reason why you want to make a change and how to align yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically to achieve your goals. You will learn how to identify and rectify the thoughts that are working against you, how to use the law of attraction in your favor, how to tap into and understand your emotional indicators, how to stop food cravings and understand what causes them, and how to shift the intent behind your action to maximize time and energy.

The Coaching Videos in the Total Mind Fit site are recordings of me demonstrating the Neural Reprogramming Process that is the heart of the Total Mind Fit material (the automated coaching, the two courses and the book). There are six videos that go through each of the 5 modules (and one bonus video) with two clients with pop-ups throughout the videos explaining what is happening in various moments throughout the process. This is part of the yearly membership but each video can be purchased separately for a small fee.
